General Comments
The following items needs to be completed before the pre-opening. 1. Remove all boxes & construction materials through out the store. 2. Need soap dispensers & paper towel dispensers for the bar, in the kitchen & in the Men's & women's restrooms. 3. Provide sanitizer dispenser at the three compartment sink in the bar. 4. Seal all holes in the beer walk-in cooler on the ceiling. 5. Provide toilet paper towel dispensers in the Men's & women's restroom. 6. Need to seal all holes around fire extinguishers in chicken & produce walk-in cooler. 7. Reseal loose base coving in the chicken walk-in cooler. 8. Provide covering for all electrical boxes in all walk-in coolers. 9.Remove all tape above chicken walk-in cooler & in the bar. 10. Make sure all coolers in the kitchen have thermometers in them. 11. Provide shelving for all coolers. 12. Provide light shields for two light bulbs in the grill hood. 13. Re caulk under the expo window. 14. Provide coke machine lines to be above the flood rim on the mop sink. 15. Reseal all holes in the wall in the dish washing area. 16. Clean all floors that have dust or debris on them. 17. Clean out Cobra cups at soda guns in bar. 18. Caulk all handsinks & three compartment sinks in the bar & in the kitchen. 19. Provide dumpsters located in dumpster area. 20. Clean up trash in dumpster area. 21. Clean all waitress cabinets. 22. Seal behind coke machine and condiment station. 23. Caulk all cabinets & repaint & reseal all raw wood in cabinets in computer area. 24. Provide metal plate at bottom of door located by the computer station. 25. Seal waitress station.
